Main duties and key responsibilities


  • Supporting System Configuration in the order development in case of new standard solutions
  • Designing non-standard systems to allow System Configuration to complete the BOM for the order process
  • Supporting the system selection in collaboration with the Sales Product Specialist
  • Providing to the System Configuration additional instructions and rules to support and standardize the components selection
  • Managing the technical relationship with the external suppliers on specific components for special systems or new needs of standard system
  • Supporting remotely and on site the Installation Area Managers, Sales Area Managers and Service Technical Managers in solving technical issues on systems and products, also in field
  • Any other task that the employer instructs
