Epta has been a pioneer and a leader in the development of commercial refrigeration in the Middle East, starting to introduce its historical brand COSTAN on this market. In 2007 Epta decided to open his first representative office in Dubai, followed in 2012 with the establishment of a dedicated company in Saudi Arabia. 

Today Epta Middle East is present with a team of over eighty specialized employees all around the region. Our offices are in Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh and a selected network of authorized Partners is close to each Customer’s store.

Areas of expertise

Epta in the Middle East offers, as in all the countries served by the Group, a complete range of services, from designing and planning for stores and refrigerated lines to aftersales services, maintenance, remote monitoring and retrofitting cabinets.

Project Management

We are able to supply and install the wide range of Epta brand products in each country of the Middle East. Refrigeration Engineers from our office in Dubai will calculate and design the refrigeration system using dedicated Epta tools & software. Our team of highly skilled Project Managers and Supervisors will ensure the highest standards of installation. We take care about the coordination on site with customer to ensure the completion on time of the project

CO2 Technology & Green Refrigeration

Epta installed in 2019 the first ever CO2 Transcritical system in the Arab Gulf. This was made possible thanks to the special FTE Technology developed for the extremely high ambient temperatures of our region. We are committed to promote and increase the adoption of natural refrigerants combining a sustainable impact on the environment and a significant reduction of the energy bill for our customers.
