Harmony in the fresh and frozen area of U Express of Conakry in Guinea, with Bonnet Névé


Epta International realises the fresh and frozen area of the new U Express in Conakry, port city and capital of Guinea. The store, of 1000m², is the third in the city of the French Système U and the one hundredth of French-speaking Africa for this chain. In order to celebrate this milestone, the Retailer chose the Group once again and, in particular, the reliability of the Bonnet Névé brand, appreciating it above all for the ability to respond rapidly and effectively to every need.

In this regard, Epta International designed solutions able to guarantee elevated technical performance and, at the same time, combine it in a harmonious layout. The project included the creation of an aesthetically coherent area that also merges with the other departments of the supermarket, with a simple and traditional style. For the refrigerated cabinets, Epta suggested shades of grey, in continuity with the walls and floors where neutral shades prevail, alternated by red brushstrokes.

The cabinets offered, all by Bonnet Névé, are among the best on the market in terms of performance. The self-service area features the vertical SkyView refrigerated cabinets of the SkyEffect family for fresh products, combined with the range of incorporated unit solutions MultiCity powered by R290. These include MultiFresh Plus for beverages, the semivertical MultiFresco Plus  refrigerated cabinets dedicated to packaged foods such as meat, poultry, sausages, dairy, fruits and vegetables and the MultiFreeze Plus for frozen foods. Elegant and spacious, these families guarantee excellent presentation of the products. The cabinets feature full glass doors and glass terminal ends that offer an excellent panorama of the assortment, driving consumer purchases.

Continuing in the serve-over area, worthy of note are the traditional Shape E Design​ cabinets of the Mozaïk family, the ideal frame to enhance meat, salami and fresh cheeses. In line with the claim “Derrière chaque pièce de viande, il y a le savoir-faire d'un vrai boucher", that dominates the walls of the butcher's section, the cabinets are designed to enhance the freshness and quality of the products, prepared by expert staff.
