NEW INSTALLATION OF FTE IN GREECE FOR DIAMANTIS MASOUTIS S.A.

Diamantis Masoutis S.A., one of the largest supermarket chains in Greece, entrusts itself once more to the expertise of Epta for its store in Saloniki, in central Macedonia, where the FTE Full Transcritical Efficiency has been installed. A strategic project perfectly in line with the green vision of the chain, which saw in Epta and the Greek distributor FREDDO S.A. two valid technological Partners. This revolutionary and totally natural transcritical CO2 solution has proved to be ideal thanks to the climate profile of the area with high maximum temperatures in Summer, even over 40°C.

Simple, efficient, reliable and industrialised, the FTE by Epta is characterised by its low environmental impact, energy savings up to 10% less than a standard booster unit and a reduction of up to 20% in installation and maintenance costs, compared to existing CO2 solutions. These advantages are particularly appreciated by the Retailer that has opted for the FTE precisely for its high efficiency and minimum consumption.

Another advantage of the installation is the choice of the transcritical CO2 ECO2SMALL+ pack of medium and low power. Designed for installations in small and medium stores, such as this of just 348 m², it is distinguished by its compactness and accessibility to all components from one side only, to allow its use even in smaller machine rooms and allow for faster maintenance.

The installation is completed by traditional Costan refrigerated cabinets: the serve-over Velvet for improved presentation of fresh products, the vertical Gazelle for fresh packaged products and the GranBering for frozen products.
