From the moment customers step through the entrance, they are greeted by striking optical illusions and the unmistakable bull and bear — the enduring symbols of the market. A digital ticker board scrolls encrypted “quotes” above the deli section, while a swirling tornado of paper notes above the fresh produce captures the energy and excitement of a trading floor. Even the checkout counters nod to the future with playful Bitcoin-themed decorations.

Every department reflects this dynamic concept. The gastronomy zone serves as the heart of the “trading floor,” offering an exceptional range of cheeses, meats and delicacies. The ready meals and culinary section provide freshly prepared dishes for convenient, high-quality dining, while the meat and fish section ensures top-tier ingredients. Fresh fruits and vegetables are displayed beneath the symbolic paper tornado, adding a theatrical finishing touch.

 

To bring this bold retail vision to life with equally high-performing technology, Silpo collaborated with Epta choosing the advanced refrigeration solutions from Costan. The store features remote cabinets from the Outfit family, where Velvet serve-over and Silk self-service cabinets for pre-packed food add a refined touch of elegance to the store environment. From the Complementaries family, Chorus island was selected to boost impulse buying and promotional sales. Finally, the Granfit family solution — Granvaldaj semivertical cabinet ensures maximum product visibility, capturing customers’ attention and showcasing fresh, high-quality products. Each of these cabinet lines was carefully chosen for its ability to enhance merchandising, highlight the assortment, and integrate seamlessly with the store’s modern and sophisticated design.
