Epta (Epta Spa) and Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions (VRS) have signed an agreement to create a joint venture and build a new leading commercial refrigeration player in Central and Northern Europe.

For the fourth year running, Epta is the winner of the Best Managed Company Award.

The award, assigned as part of the programme promoted by Deloitte, is aimed at rewarding companies capable of adequately enhancing both their external and internal environment, thus establishing themselves as true examples of entrepreneurial success.

Epta was awarded as sustainable company for its dedication to “respecting nature, reducing emissions, protecting the environment and its employees.”


Axis, the three-temperature plug-in by Iarp wins third place in the Innovation Product Competition for the Hotel sector. The award was assigned in Budapest during the 2022 edition of Sirha.

The goal of the competition is to promote the three most innovative products or services introduced into the Ho.Re. Ca sector divided into Food&Drink, Baking, Technology, Hotel, Packaging & Logistics.


The passion and creativity of Epta Concept arrive at Sirha of Budapest (Hall A Stand B8). Epta, with Epta International and DAAS participates for the first time in this event dedicated to the Ho.Re.Ca. and F&B world in Eastern Europe.


Epta invests in Portugal with the acquisition of Eurocold, a company specialising in engineering, installation and maintenance services in the area of commercial and industrial refrigeration. Based in Porto, with branches in Lisbon and Portimão, it is a key player thanks to its consolidated partnerships with the main Retailer brands. Moreover, it also operates in Morocco and the Azores. 


From its headquarters in the centre of BudapestEpta International KFT celebrates its tenth anniversary this year. Born as Group International Hub, with the mission to develop and consolidate the position of Epta in areas where it is not present with technical commercial branches, it currently serves 60 countries.
